Information you provide

If you submit an application, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, company, phone number, email, website, service areas, project mix, capacity, business answers, and your required agreement to evaluate and respond to that request. The separate email marketing checkbox is optional and is not required to submit an application. It records an email preference only; this website does not initiate automated marketing texts.

Submitting the form is still available when optional analytics, advertising, or external video players are declined.

How the application moves

• The site is delivered through Vercel. The form is sent to Grid Digital’s server endpoint and, after validation, stored in the Grid Digital Supabase lead database.
• Application details may be sent to the configured internal Telegram lead-management chat so the team can follow up.
• If you separately allow advertising measurement, the browser may load Meta Pixel. A saved application may also produce Meta Conversions API events when that integration is enabled. The server suppresses those U.S. events if advertising permission is absent or the request carries a Global Privacy Control signal.
• If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity may collect site interaction and session diagnostics.
• If you choose to schedule, Calendly receives the information you provide there. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp receives the message and account information you send. External project-video players load only after you allow external media and click a play control.

Service-provider infrastructure and processing locations can change. We have not verified every provider’s current storage region, so this notice does not promise a specific geographic location for all processing.

Privacy choices and Global Privacy Control

Necessary site functions are always on. Analytics, advertising measurement, and external video players are off until you make an affirmative choice. You can accept, reject, or select categories and later change them using Privacy choices in the site footer.

When this browser exposes Global Privacy Control, Grid Digital keeps advertising measurement off for that browser/device, including Meta Pixel and server-side Meta events, even if a saved preference previously allowed it. This control does not block the application form.

Changing your preference stops future optional events from this site and asks active providers to apply the updated choice. Browser controls may also be used to clear previously stored cookies.

Cookies and similar storage

The site stores your privacy selection in this browser so it can remember your choice. Meta cookies such as _fbp or _fbc are accessed only when advertising measurement is allowed. Clarity storage is used only when analytics is allowed. The form may use browser storage for necessary application behavior. The site does not use a no-script tracking pixel.

Retention

Application information is used to evaluate and respond to the request and, where relevant, manage a resulting service relationship. We have not verified a fixed, automated deletion schedule or a single maximum retention period across the lead database, internal notifications, and provider systems. We therefore do not promise a specific number of days here. We review information for continued need and will delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to legitimate business recordkeeping and legal requirements. You may request deletion or correction through the contact channels below.

For a privacy question or request, contact Grid Digital through the website application form or WhatsApp. Include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request; do not send sensitive identity documents through WhatsApp unless we specifically arrange a secure method.
