Applications and evaluation

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, an appointment, a specific volume of inquiries, or a business result. Information is reviewed for service-area, operating, sales, and delivery fit. A person may still submit an application when optional analytics or advertising measurement is declined.

Scope and responsibilities

The service may connect market strategy, creative, paid acquisition, qualification, CRM visibility, appointment processes, and follow-up systems. The exact deliverables, timing, client responsibilities, response standards, media budget, fees, attribution rules, and measurement definitions must be stated in the signed order form or service schedule before work begins.

Advertising media spend is separate from the service fee unless the signed order says otherwise. The client remains responsible for its sales response, consultations, proposals, pricing, installation capacity, and delivery.

Performance language

Any target or guarantee shown in public marketing is subject to the exact written terms signed by both parties. The signed order must define what event is counted, the measurement period, attribution method, eligibility conditions, exclusions, client obligations, and any remedy. Do not rely on this page or a raw lead count as a replacement for those written definitions. Grid Digital does not promise closed sales or a particular return on ad spend on this page.

Third-party services

Advertising platforms, hosting, CRM/database, scheduling, messaging, and video services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Access to an external player, calendar, or messaging service is optional and subject to the provider’s terms.
